Born into a respected North Indian Brahmin business family in Kolkata, Anand’s life was infused with spirituality from the very beginning. He grew up under the loving guidance of his father, a devotee of Lord Shiva and Baba Ji Maharaj, who instilled in him deep-rooted values of devotion, meditation, and service.
Though he inherited a century-old family business in engineering goods, Anand always sensed an inner calling — something beyond commerce, beyond routine, beyond the physical. He was in search of something he couldn’t name… but deeply felt.
